01 / AI Visibility · Live now

See what AI assistants say about your business. Then fix what they read.

Some people now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini or Perplexity “who is the best home care agency in our town?” instead of scrolling through search results. Each answer names only a handful of businesses. We show you, with plain counts, how often yours is one of them, then make the listings and web pages those tools read complete and consistent.

Free, no obligation. We never ask for your passwords. No one can promise what an AI will say, and we don't.

The problem

AI answers are built from what's written about you

AI assistants put together their answers from sources such as business listings, review sites, directories and business websites. When your details are missing, out of date or different from one place to the next, you're harder for those tools to describe with confidence.

If you've never checked what these assistants say about your business, the first step is simply to look, the same careful way each time, and count.

How it works

Measure, fix, then measure again the same way

  1. 01 · baseline

    Ask the assistants

We ask the questions your customers ask, in fresh sessions, on the assistants we name.

  2. 02 · count

    Count and cite

We count how often you and local competitors are named, and note the sources cited.

  3. 03 · fix

    Fix what they read

Listings, directories and pages on your site, made complete and consistent.

  4. 04 · re-test

    Re-test at 60–90 days

Same questions, same method, compared with the baseline.

  5. 05 · report

    Plain report

What changed, where, and the counts, reported honestly, even if nothing moved.

How an AI Visibility project runs, step by step. A diagram, not live data.

Method: Quick. One question asked 10 times on ChatGPT, each in a new, logged-out chat. We report it as, for example, “named in 3 of 10 runs”.

Method: Full. 10 different versions of the question, each asked once on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity. Counts are reported per assistant.

Every table we send says which method produced it. These are counts, never rankings: the same question asked twice can get a different answer, so we count rather than rely on one screenshot. With only 10 asks, a difference of a few counts is normal variation, and we say so. A before-and-after count is an observation, not proof.

What we install

Everything the AI tools can read, made complete and consistent

You keep ownership of every account. You add us as a manager; we never ask for your passwords.

  • AI-crawler access check We read your robots.txt per crawler, plus firewall or Cloudflare bot settings, whether key pages load without JavaScript, and your sitemap. The one that decides whether you can appear in ChatGPT search answers is OAI-SearchBot; GPTBot is OpenAI's training crawler, so blocking it costs you nothing and we will tell you so rather than bill it as a fix. We fix what we find or give your web host exact instructions. If it's already fine, we tell you so.
  • Google Business Profile Categories, services, hours, service area, description, photos, attributes and links, complete and accurate. Google's own guidance says Business Profiles can help your services be visible in AI responses as well as in Search.
  • Yelp Claimed and accurate. We do this one first: one published study of ChatGPT's local answers, over a 72-hour window in August 2026, found Yelp in the business-card data far more often than any other directory. That is one third-party study, not our measurement, and as its author puts it, citation share is not data influence — nobody can see inside these tools. We fix Yelp first because it is the source we have the most evidence for.
  • Apple Business, Bing and Facebook Apple Business at business.apple.com (the old businessconnect.apple.com address now redirects there), Bing at bing.com/forbusiness, and your Facebook Page. Claimed by you, with us as manager, and made consistent with each other.
  • Foursquare, for Apple Maps Apple Maps carries Foursquare business listings, so we claim yours to cover Apple Maps and Siri. It is not a ChatGPT route, and we won't pretend it is. Foursquare may charge its own one-time claiming fee, paid by you — we confirm the exact amount with you in writing before anything is paid. They will verify the business, and we'll tell you what they ask for when we get there. There is no public Foursquare page we can link you to afterwards, and nobody can promise a date for it to show up in Apple Maps.
  • Niche directories The directories that matter in your field (3 or 6, depending on the package).
  • Consistent name, address and phone Identical everywhere we touch, plus a list of any listings we couldn't fix.
  • A review-request system that follows the rules It follows Google's policy and the FTC's 2024 rule on consumer reviews: no discouraging negative reviews, no asking only the people likely to say something nice, no incentives, no staff quotas, no reviews from employees or their families. Agencies are liable under that rule too, so we never write, filter or gate your reviews. For home care, the wording never mentions care details.
  • Pages on your existing website Service pages, area pages, FAQ content written as real headings and text, and LocalBusiness structured data. We write the text and code, and install it if we have access. We don't add FAQ rich-result markup, because Google retired that feature in May 2026, and we never mark up your own reviews as star ratings on your own site, because Google makes a business ineligible for star features when it does that.
  • A re-test at 60–90 days Full method, same questions, compared with the Full baseline we take at kickoff.
  • A plain report What we changed, where, which access we hold, and what to keep doing.

A new website is usually not needed. We only suggest a rebuild when the audit finds a real problem, and we show you the evidence: for example, the site blocks crawlers and the platform can't be changed, key content only appears after JavaScript runs, the site is broken on phones, you don't control the site, or there is no website at all.

What we can’t promise, and what we can

Nobody controls what ChatGPT, Google, Gemini or Perplexity say. Anyone who promises you “number one” in an AI answer is promising something they can't deliver.

What we can do is improve the information these tools read, and measure the results in a way you can check yourself.

What we guarantee: we will complete every deliverable listed in your scope, and re-test your AI visibility 60–90 days after we finish using the same prompts and the same (Full) method as the baseline snapshot we take at kickoff. If we miss a listed deliverable, we fix it at no charge.

What we cannot guarantee: what ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI will say. These tools change constantly, answers vary from one ask to the next, and no one controls them. We improve the information these tools read. We do not promise rankings, a specific number of mentions, calls, or revenue.

Questions

AI Visibility questions

How do you get the numbers?

We type the questions a customer would ask into each assistant, in a fresh session, and note whether each business is named. With the Quick method we ask one question 10 times on ChatGPT. With the Full method we ask 10 versions of the question once each on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Perplexity. We save a screenshot of every answer, and we'll send you the exact questions so you can try them yourself.

Can you guarantee my business will be recommended?

No. No one can. We guarantee the work: every listed deliverable, done, plus a re-test using the same method. The results of the re-test are reported honestly, even if the counts didn't move.

Why counts instead of a ranking?

AI answers aren't a fixed list. The same question asked twice can name different businesses in a different order. Counting across repeated asks is fairer than one screenshot, and it's something you can repeat yourself.

Is this just SEO under a new name?

It overlaps, but it's narrower. We focus on the listings, directories and website information that describe your business, and on whether AI assistants and search engines can read them. We don't do ads, blogging or ongoing SEO campaigns. If you already have a marketing company, the snapshot is something you can share with them.

Do I need a new website?

Usually not. Most of the work happens on your listings and on a few pages added to your existing site. We only suggest a rebuild if the audit finds a real problem, and we'll show you what it is.

Will you need my passwords?

No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile and other listings. You stay the owner of every account and can remove us at any time.

We're a home care agency. What about client privacy?

We don't need, and won't accept, any information about your clients for this service. Review requests go out from you, with general wording and no care details. Our reply templates never confirm that a reviewer is or was a client. Please confirm your own privacy obligations with your counsel.

We're a funeral home. Will you touch our prices?

No. We don't publish or change prices. If a directory shows prices, they must match your current General Price List, and you approve them. We also time any review requests with care and never send them for you.
