1. Paid work is governed by the service agreement
If you buy any of our services (AI Visibility, Review & Reputation Autopilot, the Inquiry-to-Client Desk, an Operations Command Center pilot, a website rebuild or monitoring), the service agreement you sign with us, together with your accepted proposal (the “Scope”), sets out exactly what we'll do, the fees, payment timing, refunds, cancellation, data handling, ownership of the work and our liability. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
2. Prices on this website
Prices shown are our current list or starting (“from”) prices in US dollars. Your price is fixed in your written proposal. We may change list prices at any time, but a change never affects a proposal you've already accepted. Third-party costs, such as paid directory listings, texting fees, phone numbers, software subscriptions, AI usage, hosting or domains, are not included unless your proposal says so.
3. The free snapshot
- The snapshot is free and places you under no obligation.
- It is a count, from one day, of how often businesses were named in AI assistant answers, using the method we state (Quick or Full). It is not a ranking, a guarantee or a full audit.
- AI answers change from one ask to the next and over time, so your own results may differ. With 10 asks, differences of a few counts are within normal variation.
- We report what the assistants said. We don't comment on the quality of any business named.
4. AI-drafted content and human approval
Some of our systems use AI to draft messages, review replies and summaries. AI can make mistakes. That's why, by default, a person on your team approves drafted content before it's sent or posted. If you choose in writing to let a specific type of message go out automatically, you're responsible for that choice and can withdraw it at any time. You remain responsible for what is sent or posted from your accounts.
5. Other companies' tools
Our systems connect to tools run by other companies (such as email, phone, review, scheduling, accounting and CRM providers). What we can connect depends on each tool's access and terms, which can change. We're not responsible for outages or changes made by those companies, but we'll tell you when a change affects your system and what we can do about it. Names of AI assistants, search engines, software and listing platforms on this site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, partnered with, certified by or endorsed by them.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity), search engines and review platforms are run by other companies, change often, and behave differently from one day to the next. We do not guarantee any ranking, placement, mention, number of mentions, reviews, ratings, traffic, inquiries, calls, clients, bookings or revenue. What we guarantee is delivery of the work listed in your Scope.
7. Refunds and cancellation (summary)
Under the service agreement: you may cancel a one-time project before work starts for a full refund of anything you prepaid. After work starts, you pay for the Scope items completed or in progress, and we refund any prepaid amount beyond that. AI Visibility monitoring is month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Other monthly plans can be cancelled as set out in your agreement. The agreement contains the full terms.
8. Using this website
- Please give us accurate information when you contact us, and don't send us information about your customers through this website, especially health or care details.
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security or sending spam through the form.
- The text and design of this site belong to us. You may share links to it freely.
9. Information on this site
We work to keep this website accurate, but it is general information about our services, not legal, compliance or professional advice for your business. Diagrams and charts on this site are illustrations of how our systems work, not client data or results. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by relying on the website itself. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law or under your signed agreement.
