What we do
- AI Visibility: a free snapshot that counts how often AI assistants name a business and its competitors, then a one-time Fix that makes its listings and web pages complete and consistent. Our first service.
- Review & Reputation Autopilot: review requests that follow the platforms’ rules, and AI-drafted replies a person approves.
- Inquiry-to-Client Desk: fast, careful replies to web forms, email and missed-call texts, logged in your CRM.
- AI Receptionist: inbound calls only; it says it’s an AI up front. Not offered to home care or other health-related businesses.
- Operations Command Center: one view over the scheduling, accounting and CRM tools you already run.
How we work
- Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing. Every project starts with a written proposal and a signed service agreement.
- Your accounts stay yours. We ask to be added as a manager or user. We never ask for your passwords.
- A person approves what goes out, by default. AI drafts; someone on your team decides.
- Counts, not promises. We show you what AI assistants actually said, with the method stated. No one can control what an AI will say, so we don’t guarantee it, or any number of reviews, calls or bookings.
What you won’t see here
