See where hours and jobs leak, and what we’d build to fix it.
In one to two weeks we map how a job moves through your business, from the first call to the paid invoice, show you where hours and jobs leak, and hand you a one-page summary and a written, fixed-price build plan.
A fixed fee, quoted to you before you book. If you sign the build within 30 days of receiving the plan, the full fee comes off the first half of its setup, and you keep the plan either way.
One to two weeks from access
-
Day 1 · kickoff
Scope and access
A 30-minute call to confirm the scope, your contacts and the access list.
-
Days 2–5 · map
Records and interviews
Exports and read access arrive, we talk to your team, and we map lead → quote → job → invoice.
-
Days 6–8 · plan
Leaks and the build plan
We find the leaks, size the work and draft the plan.
-
By day 10 · decide
Walk-through
The summary and the plan, on a 45-minute screen-share. Larger shops: by day 14.
Every step from the first call to the paid invoice
For established shops with 5+ staff, office staff, or quotes waiting on follow-up. If missed calls are your only leak, start with the Free Missed-Job Check instead.
-
Lead
Where enquiries come in (phone, web form, Google, email, text) and what happens to each in the first hour.
-
Quote
How a quote is written, sent and followed up, and how long open quotes wait.
-
Job
How a won quote becomes a scheduled job, who dispatches, and what gets retyped between tools.
-
Invoice
How a finished job is invoiced, how payment is chased, and when a review is asked for.
-
Tools and hand-offs
Every tool your team uses, such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, Google Workspace or spreadsheets, and every point where someone copies information from one to another.
-
The office day
With two or three of your team, where the hours go in a normal week.
Read access only. Never passwords.
- Read access A viewer or manager seat, or exports and reports: job list, open quotes, invoices, call log. If a tool has no read-only option, you send us the export instead.
- Up to three short interviews About 30 minutes each, with the owner and the people who run the office and the phones.
- One named contact Who answers our questions within a working day.
We change nothing in your tools, send nothing to your customers and make no test calls during the Assessment. We never ask for, accept or store passwords.
The deliverable
- A one-page summary Your lead → quote → job → invoice flow as it runs today, the main places hours and jobs leak, in your own records and your team’s own words, and what we’d fix first.
- A fixed-price build plan What we would build (for example a CRM, automations, AI assistants that each do one named job, and connections to the tools you already use), in what order, with dates, one fixed Implementation price and one fixed monthly Care price. Anything we can’t confirm about a tool’s access is marked as such, not assumed.
- A walk-through call A 45-minute screen-share with Neiman: the summary, the plan and your questions. Bring whoever will use the system day to day.
You keep both documents, whether or not you go ahead.
A fixed fee, credited to your build

- One fixed fee, set by the size of your business and quoted to you before you book
- Paid in full at booking
- Sign the Implementation within 30 days of receiving the plan, and the full fee comes off the first half of its setup
- The plan’s price stays as written for those 30 days
No discounts and nothing charged by the lead. You are under no obligation to buy the Implementation.
For established shops with 5+ staff, office staff, or quotes waiting on follow-up
What it is not. Not a build: nothing is changed, connected or switched on during the Assessment. Not legal, tax or accounting advice. And not a forecast: the summary reports what your records and your team show. We don’t promise calls, jobs, revenue, rankings or hours saved.
After the Assessment. If you go ahead, the Implementation follows your plan, and Care looks after it month to month. Every Implementation is scoped to your business in the Assessment. Nothing is installed until you sign the build plan, and your go-live dates are written into it.
Common questions
How much does the Assessment cost?
One fixed fee, set by the size of your business. We quote it on a 20-minute call, before you book, and it is credited in full against your Implementation if you sign within 30 days of receiving the plan.
What access do you need?
Read access only: a viewer or manager seat, or exports and reports you send us. We never ask for passwords, and we change nothing in your tools.
How is this different from the Free Missed-Job Check?
The free check looks at two leaks, missed calls and open quotes, in about 48 hours. The Assessment looks at the whole flow from first call to paid invoice, including the office’s hours, and ends in a fixed-price build plan.
What if we don’t go ahead?
You keep the summary and the build plan. There is no obligation to buy the Implementation.
What happens to our records?
You own your data and your accounts. Your exports are used only for your Assessment, and your names, numbers and results never appear in another business’s summary or plan. See our privacy notice.
