Founding clients: first installs start in November and your price is locked. Your go-live date is written into your proposal. After the first installs, a new install usually takes 2–4 weeks. The second half of the setup and the monthly fee only start at go-live.
Late go-live. If we haven’t gone live within 30 days of the date in your proposal, you can cancel and we refund the setup you’ve paid.
How paying works. Month to month, with 30 days’ notice. Half the setup when you sign, half at go-live; the monthly fee starts at go-live. No per-lead fees. See payments.
Common questions
Is this an answering service?
No. It doesn’t answer your phone or pretend to be a person. It texts the caller back with a few set questions in wording you approve, and a person on your team makes the call-back.
What happens after 8pm?
No text goes out. Your on-call tech gets the lead straight away instead, with whatever we know so far.
We already have Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Some plans already include a missed-call text-back that’s switched off. If switching it on is all you need, we set it up and waive the setup fee.
Do you record my calls?
No. We count calls and missed calls so the report is accurate; we don’t record what’s said.
