We build the systems that run your business.
We map how work actually flows through your business: leads, calls, quotes, scheduling, follow-up and reporting. Then we build the systems on top of the tools you already use, with a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing.
Free: we start with your own numbers and a call. The free systems review is the Free Missed-Job Check plus a call, with no obligation. Built on accounts in your name, month to month, no per-lead fees, and you approve every message’s wording before anything goes out.
Where work comes in
- Calls & texts
- Web forms & ads
- Quotes & estimates
- Jobs & schedules

What you get
- Every lead logged
- The right person alerted
- Tools kept in sync
- A plain monthly report
Map first. Then we build.
Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it starts with one missed call or runs across your whole office.
-
01 · free review
Map how work flows
Free: we start with your own numbers and a call. The Free Missed-Job Check shows where jobs slip; on the call we map where leads come in, who answers, how quotes are chased and what gets reported.
-
02 · blueprint
A written blueprint
What we’ll build, what it connects to and your go-live date, with a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing. You approve it before any build starts.
-
03 · build
Built and tested
On accounts in your name, around the tools you already use. You approve every message’s wording before anything goes out.
-
04 · run
Run and report monthly
We monitor it, fix what breaks and send a plain monthly report in your own numbers, including quiet months.
What we build
Each piece can stand alone or work as one system. We scope only what your review shows is worth building.
-
Lead capture and fast response
Every enquiry from your phone lines, website forms and ads lands in one place, with the right person told straight away. Between 8am and 8pm, missed calls get a text within seconds; web forms get the same fast reply where your form can be connected. A tracking number per ad source shows which spend brings in the work.
-
Missed-call recovery
Between 8am and 8pm, every missed caller gets a text from your business within seconds; after hours, your on-call tech gets the lead straight away.
Packaged as Missed-Call Rescue
-
Quote and estimate follow-up
Open estimates followed up on a schedule you set, stopping the moment the customer replies, so good quotes don’t go quiet.
Packaged as Quote Follow-Up (coming soon)
-
Scheduling, dispatch and reminders
Bookings, reminders and on-the-way texts set up alongside the scheduling tool your office already runs, so customers show up and techs know where to go.
-
CRM and pipeline setup
One pipeline from first contact to paid invoice, with stages that match how you sell, so nobody wonders who called whom back.
Part of an Implementation
-
Owner dashboards and monthly reporting
The numbers you actually watch, in one place, from your own systems: calls, missed calls, quotes and jobs, plus a plain report every month.
-
Connections and automations
We work inside your existing setup, switching on the texting and follow-ups you already pay for, and build connections where a tool allows it, so jobs, customers and invoices stay in step and nobody types the same thing twice.
-
AI-assisted workflows, with a person approving
Incoming requests sorted by urgency, replies and summaries drafted, with a person on your team approving before anything is sent.
Part of an Implementation
-
Internal tools and portals
Simple screens for your office and techs, and portals where customers or property owners can send requests and see where their job stands.
-
Data cleanup and migration
Customer lists, job history and price books de-duplicated and moved into the system you’re keeping, checked before anything is switched over.
Tools you may already run
- Jobber
- Housecall Pro
- ServiceTitan
- QuickBooks
- Google Workspace
- Stripe
- Google Sheets
- Your phone provider
Named as examples only. What we can set up with any tool depends on its access, which we confirm before you pay. Tool names belong to their owners; we’re not partnered with or endorsed by them.
What a build can look like
Four examples to show the shape of the work. They are illustrations, not client projects; your review decides what yours looks like.
-
Example
An HVAC shop
- The problem
- Calls ring out while techs are on jobs, and after-hours calls sit in voicemail until morning.
- What we build
- Every missed call answered with a text in the shop’s wording, the on-call tech alerted after hours, and emergencies routed to a person.
- What the owner sees
- Every call and missed call on one dashboard, and a plain monthly report of what happened to each one.
-
Example
A remodeler
- The problem
- Big estimates go out and then go quiet, because nobody has time to chase them between site visits.
- What we build
- An estimate pipeline with follow-ups on a set schedule that stop when the customer replies, set up alongside the software the office already uses.
- What the owner sees
- A weekly owner report of every open estimate, its stage and when it was last followed up.
-
Example
A multi-crew cleaning company
- The problem
- Bookings arrive by phone, text and web form; reminders are sent by hand, and review requests get forgotten.
- What we build
- One booking flow, automatic reminders, a review request after each job the owner approves, and crews’ schedules in one place.
- What the owner sees
- A dashboard of bookings, cancellations and reviews by crew, and a monthly report.
-
Example
A property maintenance company
- The problem
- Work orders arrive by email and phone from many owners, and nobody can say where a job stands without calling round.
- What we build
- An intake portal for owners and tenants, job tracking from request to invoice, and status updates sent at each step.
- What the owner sees
- Every open job, its age and who has it, plus a monthly summary for each property owner.
Examples only, written to show what a build can include. No client names, and no results are implied.

Bigger builds: Ops Assessment, Implementation, Care
One fixed price, in your build plan
A paid Ops Assessment maps your business from first call to paid invoice and ends in a fixed-price build plan; its fee is credited in full if you sign the build within 30 days. The Implementation builds that plan, and Care looks after it month to month. Every Implementation is scoped to your business in the Assessment. Nothing is installed until you sign the build plan, and your go-live dates are written into it.
Founding clients: first installs start in November and your price is locked. Your go-live date is written into your proposal. In return, we ask founding clients for permission to share their before-and-after numbers, only once they’ve seen and approved them.
