Privacy notice
In plain language: we collect only what we need, use it to reply to you and do the work you ask for, never sell it, and delete it when you ask or when the work ends. When we build systems for you, your data stays yours.

What we collect from this website
- What you type into our request form: the services you're interested in, your business name, city and state, type of business, main service, website, any note you add, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and your consent to be contacted.
- What you send us by email or tell us on a call, such as questions about your business and the tools you use.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. Your card or bank details go to them, not to us. We receive a record that you paid, and the amount.
What we don't collect from this website
- No client or health information. Please don't send us information about your customers through this website, and especially not health or care details. If we receive any, we delete it and let you know.
- No call recording. We don't record sales calls.
- No tracking or advertising cookies. This website doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
When we build and run systems for you
If you become a client, our systems may process information from your business tools, such as inquiries, emails, texts, review content, customer contact details, schedules or invoices. For that information:
- You own it. Your data, your accounts and your customer relationships stay yours. We work on your instructions, as your service provider, and only for the purposes in your signed agreement.
- Least access. We connect through each tool's official access, using accounts you own, and we ask only for the access the system needs. We never ask for your passwords. Where a system only needs to read, we connect read-only.
- A person approves by default. Messages, review replies and other content drafted by AI are approved by a person on your team before they're sent or posted, unless you tell us in writing that a specific type may be sent automatically.
- Named providers. Your proposal lists the tools and AI providers the system uses to process your data. We choose providers whose business terms don't allow them to use your data to train their models, where such terms are available, and we tell you if they aren't.
- Health information. We only handle health information under an appropriate written agreement, such as a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and with tools that support one. Without that agreement, we set systems up so they don't collect health details.
- Texting. Systems only text people who contacted you or agreed to texts, from a registered business number, and honor opt-outs straight away.
- When the work ends, we hand over what we built for you, remove our access, and delete the copies of your data we hold, within the time set out in your agreement, except records the law requires us to keep.
How we use website information
- To reply to your request, prepare your free snapshot, or set up a call.
- To contact you by email, or by phone if you gave a number, about your request. Calls are made by a person, never automated or prerecorded. We don't send text messages unless you ask us to.
- If you become a client, to deliver the work in your service agreement, send invoices and keep the business records we're required to keep.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't use your information for anything unrelated to your request.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- our email provider and, if the form is connected to one, our form-processing service (to receive your request);
- our payment provider (to take payments);
- our website host (which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security);
- for clients, the tools and AI providers named in your proposal;
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your request and related notes within 12 months of our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep only your business name, contact details and the date of your request on our do-not-contact list, so that we can honor it. Client records are kept as your agreement and the law require.
Your choices: access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email us at , or send a note through our request form, and we'll act on your request promptly. We'll confirm when it's done. If you're a customer of a business we work for, please contact that business directly; we'll help them respond.
Security
We keep information in password-protected business accounts with multi-factor sign-in where available, and access limited to the people doing the work. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and keep as little as we can.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
