Pay for your agreed work

Please pay only after we've agreed your scope in writing and you've signed the service agreement. The amount due is the one on your accepted proposal.

You're paying for the deliverables listed in your scope: the crawler access check and fixes, complete and consistent listings, niche directories, a review-request system, new pages, FAQ content and LocalBusiness structured data on your existing site, a client report, and a Full-method re-test 60–90 days after we finish.

Pay either 100% upfront, or 50% to start and 50% when we send the delivery report (before the re-test, since its results aren't in our control).

Monthly

AI Visibility Monitoring

$200–500 / month

Basic $200 · Standard $350 · Plus $500

You're paying for a monthly Quick re-test on ChatGPT, listing checks and fixes, review count and rating tracking, any new content in your plan, and your monthly summary or report.

Billed monthly in advance, starting the month after your Fix is delivered. Month to month; cancel with 30 days' written notice (email is fine).

Review & Reputation Autopilot, Inquiry-to-Client Desk and Command Center pilots are invoiced for the exact setup and monthly amounts in your signed proposal, on the payment schedule it sets out. You'll receive a secure invoice link by email; there's no need to pay anything on this page.

Terms in brief

Work starts once the signed agreement is back and your payment has cleared.
Refunds: cancel a one-time project before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, you pay for the scope items completed or in progress, and we refund anything you prepaid beyond that. The service agreement sets out the details.
No guarantee of AI results. We guarantee delivery of the listed work, not what any AI assistant or search engine will say, or a number of reviews, inquiries or bookings.
Third-party costs such as paid directory listings, texting fees, phone numbers, software subscriptions, AI usage, hosting or domains are listed in your proposal. You pay those directly, or at cost, as the proposal says.
Your signed service agreement is what governs. If this summary and the agreement differ, the agreement wins. See also our website terms.

How payment works

Payment buttons and invoice links open a secure checkout page run by our payment provider. You can pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) where offered. Your card details go to the payment provider, not to us.
