Review & Reputation Autopilot. Every customer asked. Every review answered.

We connect to the tools where your jobs and visits are recorded, send review requests the same rule-following way to everyone, and draft a careful reply to every new review. A person on your team approves each reply before it's posted.

From $2,500 setup + from $300 a month. We never buy, write or filter reviews.

The problem

Asking and answering take time you don't have

Reviews are one of the things people read when they're choosing a local business. But asking every customer, every time, is easy to forget on a busy week, and writing a thoughtful reply to each review takes time.

For home care agencies and other health-related businesses there's an extra risk: a well-meant reply like “we're glad we could help your mother” can confirm that someone is a client. Replies need to be kind, prompt and careful.

How it works

From finished job to approved reply

Nothing is posted without a person approving it.

  1. 01 · trigger

    Job or visit done

Your scheduling tool or CRM marks it complete. For funeral homes, you choose the timing.

  2. 02 · request

    Same request to everyone

Sent from your business, with the same wording for all. No pre-screening, no rewards.

  3. 03 · review

    Customer decides

They choose whether to leave a review, and what it says.

  4. 04 · draft

    AI drafts a reply

A privacy-safe reply in your voice, with no names, services or details confirmed.

  5. 05 · approve

    You approve or edit

By email or in a simple dashboard. Approve it as written, or change the wording.

  6. 06 · post

    Posted and logged

Posted from your account, then counted in your monthly report.

What we install

What's included

  • Review-request workflow Connected to your scheduling tool, CRM or a simple daily list, so requests go out after completed work, by email or by text where allowed.
  • Request wording, approved by you Short, polite and the same for everyone. For home care, general wording with no care details.
  • AI-drafted replies to new reviews Written in your voice from rules and examples you approve. Replies never confirm that someone is a client and never mention health, schedules or staff visits.
  • An approval step Drafts arrive by email or in a simple dashboard. A person approves, edits or rejects each one before it's posted.
  • Alerts for difficult reviews Low-star or sensitive reviews are flagged to you straight away, with a suggested next step, instead of a quick automatic draft.
  • Monthly report Requests sent, new reviews, replies posted, and anything that needs your attention. Counts from your own accounts, never estimates.
  • A written setup record Which accounts are connected, what the rules are, and how to switch anything off.
The rules we follow

Compliant by design

Review platforms and the FTC have clear rules about reviews. The system is built so that breaking them isn't an option.

  • No gating. We don't ask whether someone was happy first and only send the happy ones to Google. Everyone gets the same request.
  • No incentives. No discounts, gifts or prize draws for reviews.
  • No staff quotas, and we never ask reviewers to name a staff member or caregiver.
  • No fake, bought or edited reviews. We never write reviews or hide honest negative ones.
  • Privacy-safe replies. Never confirm that someone is a client; never mention health, care or schedules, even if the reviewer did.
  • Texting only with consent, from a properly registered business number, with an easy way to opt out.
  • No review requests for Yelp, which asks businesses not to request reviews.
  • Health information handled carefully. If requests would need us to hold your client list, we only do that under a written agreement such as a BAA. Otherwise your team sends requests from your own tools, using our templates.

Questions

Review & Reputation questions

Will replies be posted automatically?

No. By default every reply waits for a person to approve it. If you later want a narrow type of reply to go out on its own, such as a short thank-you to a five-star review with no text, we only set that up on your written instruction, and you can switch it off at any time.

Can you get rid of bad reviews?

No, and we won't try. Honest negative reviews stay. We help you reply calmly and well. If a review clearly breaks a platform's rules, we can help you report it through the platform's own process, and the platform decides.

Which review sites does it work with?

Mainly Google Business Profile, plus others such as Facebook where the platform allows replies through its official access. We confirm what's possible for your accounts in the Map step. We don't request reviews for Yelp.

We're a home care agency. Is this safe for us?

Replies never confirm that someone is a client and never mention care details, even when the reviewer does. Review requests use general wording. If sending requests would require us to hold your client list, we only do that under an appropriate written agreement (a BAA); otherwise your team sends them from your own tools. Please confirm your own obligations with your counsel.

We're a funeral home. How do you handle timing?

You decide when a request goes out, and you approve the wording. We never send requests right after a service, and never publish or change prices.

Is this a new service?

Yes, it's newer than our AI Visibility service, so we don't show results we don't have yet. Every setup has a fixed scope, starts with a person approving every reply, and can be paused at any time.
