04 / Operations · Custom pilot, by application

Operations Command Center. One view over the tools you already run.

A dashboard and alert layer on top of your scheduling, accounting, CRM and phones. It spots the things that slip through the cracks, such as renewals coming due, jobs running over budget and unanswered calls, and sends you a plain-English summary.

Fixed-scope pilot from $10,000, plus a monthly plan quoted after scoping. Read-only by default.

The problem

The information exists. It's just in five places.

Your schedule is in one system, invoices in another, customers in a third, and calls in a fourth. Problems usually show up in the gaps between them: a certification that lapses, a job that quietly runs over, an invoice that was never sent, a call that was never returned.

Finding them usually means reading reports by hand, often too late. The Command Center checks for those gaps every day and tells you in plain English.

What we build

A layer over your tools, not another tool to learn

  • An exceptions list The short list of things that need a decision today, drawn from rules you agree with us.
  • Renewals and expirations Contracts, licenses, certifications and insurance dates, with reminders before they're due.
  • Margin warnings Jobs or accounts where hours or costs are running ahead of what was billed or quoted.
  • AI summaries A short daily or weekly summary in plain English, with a link back to the record in your own tool.
  • Alerts where you'll see them Email, or text to opted-in staff, for the handful of things that can't wait.
  • Read-only by default It reads from your tools and doesn't change records. Any action that writes back is added only with your written approval.
The pilot

A fixed-scope pilot, by application

Because every business runs a different mix of software, the Command Center starts as a pilot with a clear, written scope.

  1. Apply

Book a scoping call and tell us which tools you use. We only take on pilots where those tools offer usable access.

  2. Scope

We agree a short list of alerts and summaries, which tools to connect, and a fixed price, in writing.

  3. Build

We connect read-only, build the dashboard and alerts, and test them with you on your real data.

  4. Review

At the end of the pilot, you decide whether to keep it running on a monthly plan, change it, or stop.

Monthly

Run

Quoted after scoping

Depends on the number of tools and alerts

  • Watching the connections and fixing what breaks
  • Adjusting rules and summaries as your business changes
  • A monthly check-in

Software subscriptions and AI usage are listed in your proposal.

Questions

Command Center questions

Why is it “by application”?

Because it only works well when your tools allow reliable access to their data. On the scoping call we check that first. If your tools don't allow it, we'll say so rather than sell you a pilot that can't work.

Will it change anything in my systems?

Not by default. It reads data and shows you what needs attention. If you later want it to take an action, such as creating a task in your CRM, we add that only with your written approval.

Who can see the dashboard?

The people you choose. Access is set up with your own accounts, and you can remove anyone at any time.

Do I own it?

Your data stays in your tools and your accounts. The dashboards, rules and documentation we build for you are handed over if you stop, as set out in your agreement.

Is this a new service?

Yes. That's why it starts as a pilot with a fixed scope and a clear decision point at the end.

Tell us which tools you run

A scoping call is free. We'll check what your tools allow and whether a pilot makes sense before any price is agreed.
